The Old Stone Kirtan group
The Old Stone Kirtan group meets every Friday at 7:00 pm for an evening of bhakti yoga. Bhakti yoga is an ancient form of devotional yoga blending meditation and music, usually call and response chanting. The five-piece Old Stone Kirtan Band plays, and on occasion a touring kirtan performer is featured. |

Contemporary Gospel Choir of the Cascades

Founded a year ago by Julie Wheeler and Heather Webster the Contemporary Gospel Choir of the Cascades has grown to over 40 members. Beginning April 5, 2008, the choir will offer a monthly production of the Old Stone Gospel Hour to the public at 11:00 AM, the first Saturday of every month. Performances will be broadcast over KPOV, a local FM station. |

John Miller is an investor and executive consultant specializing in high performance growth companies. John began his career as a management consultant with Ernst and Young and managed the commercial real estate endowment for Stanford University. He served as CEO and in other senior management positions at several financial services and technology companies and has proven expertise in business development, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and strategic planning and implementation. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, completed studies at Cambridge and Stanford Universities and is a graduate of the Executive Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
